Games for fun in 3rd Class

Hi everyone,

We are hoping to do games for fun in both third classes after the Easter break. This will involve parents coming into the classes to play games for four sessions. I will be meeting the parents beforehand to explain and go through the games. No experience is necessary!! all parents are welcome to get involved, if only for a few sessions. The proposed dates for each class are as follows:

Parent Council Cake Sale

The Parent Council will be holding their annual Seachtain na Gaeilge Cake Sale on Wednesday March 9th. Tea and Coffee will be available for parents in the morning (Check notice board for exact times). Please send in some lovely cakes and money for you children to participate. Thanks as always for your continued support.

Student Council Disco a big success!!

The student council disco on Thursday 3rd March was a great success!! The council would like to thank all of the children for coming along, the teachers helping out (especially DJ Paula) and of course Jacinta from the Parent Council for working in our little shop!! A great night was had by all!!We managed to make some extra money which will be put towards some more council events and purchasing materials for the school! Thanks again to all involved!

Maths for Fun 2nd Class

Huge thanks to all of the parents and helpers that made 'Maths for Fun' so enjoyable in Denise and Colums'  classes. The children all had a really great time over the last few weeks!!
